The graph below shows the alternative output for both the PV-mode and the TD-mode as an average per month in Athens.

Blue printing corresponde to insolation based on monthly q-value in kwh/m2 x %output x aging x clarity x diod x Δτ+30'C.

Red printing corresponde to insolation based on q-value in kwh/m2 x %output x Thermal heat losses at a temp. of 40'C.

Blue printing = monthly PV energy savings - If working only with the PV-mode then total savings come to 160 kWh/m2/year.

Red printing = monthly TD energy savings - If working only with the TD-mode then total savings come to 991 kWh/m2/year.

In summertime there is a limited need of water heating so month 5 - 10 cannot be calculated which gives 256 kWh/m2/year

By turning around panels in summertime the PV-mode can make an additional energy saving of appr. + 90 kWh/ m2/year.

BlueRedBlue printing = combined PV/TD energy saving - utilizing winter TD and summer PV gives totally 348 kWh/m2/year.

D.H.W. printing = using the hybrid effect for domestic hot water production gives an additional saving of +120 kWh/m2/year.

POOL printing = using the hybrid effect for low temp. swim. pool heating may give additional saving of > 440 kWh/m2/year.

A priority combination using Space-heating - Hot Water - Pool Water and PV electricity, gives a total = 906 kWh/m2/year

Conclusively: TP4-enersol multipanels produce at least twice (or triple) the energy, compared to pure PV-panels.

The TD heat efficiency output is based on low temperature floor heating systems (35/7'C) with nom. tank temperature 50'C.
